смотришь по контексту. если по смыслу имеется ввиду сравнительная степень, например, как во втором примере - Фильм интереснее книги - то тогда ты используешь more, а если имеется ввиду превосходная степень - например, как в 4 предложении - новый музей - самый интересный музей в нашем городке - то тогда используешь the most.
