In general, in vegetarians who are accustomed to eating only vegetation, the body does not accept meat. Well, what if ordinary people abruptly refuse meat, fish, eggs, etc.? then it will be distorted on health and of course on well-being, it’s like a procedure when a person hardens, if immediately with ice water, then you can get seriously ill, and if gradually it’s even useful.
