Suddenly, they heard a loud noise and looked up to see a helicopter hovering above them. The pilot shouted down to them that there was a wildfire approaching and they needed to evacuate immediately. The hikers quickly scrambled aboard the helicopter and watched as the mountain disappeared beneath them. They had escaped just in time.
