Reading books is one of my favorite pastimes. I enjoy reading books because they allow me to escape from the real world and enter into a world of make-believe. I am able to see the world from different perspectives, and I learn new things about the world around me. Additionally, reading books is a great way to entertain myself. I can lose myself in a good story, and I often find myself laughing out loud or crying while reading. Books also provide me with facts about life in the past, and they help me to reflect on the real life. They often focus my attention on something that I might not have noticed before.
