But most people usually watch 15 TV channels. American children watch about 40,000 commercials a year. There are about 11,000 commercial radio stations in the USA. There are also radio stations free from commercials. They are the Voice of America and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. They transmit their programmes to Eastern Europe. There are about 1800 daily newspapers and 11,000 magazines in the USA. The US is the home of the Internet. More than 85 per cent of US teens go online every day.
