as far as I can tell, standing next to Tommy are his two brothers, a sister, mother and father. his sister looks like a vet doctor. his brother looks like a musician in a blue shirt. his brother with the flashlight could be anyone in my opinion. for example, a miner, a researcher, and much more. his mother looks like a housewife, I don't know about his father either, just an ordinary man. I believe that they are a cheerful and friendly family.
