Где N - любое число, a T - любое обозначение времени, то есть недель, лет и так далее. А к чему это? Все эти предложения можно отнести к группе времен отдела Continous, но в разных временах. Значит используем We + Past/Present/Future + Verb(ing)

Robert is speaking on the mobile for 10 minutes NOW. We were waiting for only 8 minutes. Holly and Ben were doing the shopping since early morning. It is raining SINCE last morning. Simpson is riding a bike for 4 hours NOW. The tutor was explaining a grammar rule for 21 minutes.
