In our days most people prefer to study online. In my opinion this way of learning is not as bad as it seems. It has enough positive sides. For example, if you are sick but you don't want to miss the lessons, you can "be in your class" ,but at the same time being at home,in your bed. 
It's right,that you won't have much friends,that you have now. 
However, online lessons are comfortable for many people.
