Помогите пожалуйста с заданием. Сделать предложения отрицательными:
1) The cooks did their best.
(это я сделала так - the cooks didn't their best)
2) Robin sat down outside to wait for Marian.
3) Marian took off her helmet.
4) They laughed and cried.
5) She was very lonely.
(She was not very lonely)

там в 4 B cried нету ed
А почему в 3 - does , а во 2 - did? Там тоже правило на doesn't / didn't или я не понимаю?
в третем вопросе нет окончании никаких и просто составлено предложения - значит это Present simple
но если у тебя в заданий написано в Past simple то так-то ок
