Dear Ms Hay
I am writing to complain about some problems with the summer course, which we have recently attended at the Coral University.
We booked 25 places for the summer school Economics course at your university. The bill has just arrived, but I am afraid there is a mistake in it. You have overcharged us, because your bill is for $23,500, which is not a correct price for the course, because we have already paid a deposit of $430 per person. In addition, the course was 175 hours long instead of 200, so there should be a reduction of 12.5%. Please, send us a corrected bill.
Meanwhile, we would like you to know that the facilities were not of a high standard. Firstly, the classrooms seemed to have no air conditioning and they were of poor quality. Secondly, they were a long way from the main campus facilities. All in all, we are dissatisfied with the standard of service that the university provided.
