You should not beat the opponent on the hands, push him, hold him with your hands, step on his feet, meet with his foot (both straight and bent at the knee). A player who has committed any of these violations is given a personal reprimand. The ball can be thrown in any direction with one or both hands. The ball must be held with brushes. You can hit the ball with one or two hands in any direction, but never with your fist.
