What is a job for a teenager? I think most objective answer is money, ie. an additional source of pocket cash. The money he earns himself, as opposed to those that allow parents to him. The work brings in people a sense of proportion and money-esteem, because when a young person understands how to get the money, they start to pose for him a great value, and therefore its attitude to them largely unchanged.
