You: Yes, there is. I have one just next to my house.

Friend: How many parks with playgrounds are near here?

You: Oh, there are three little parks near here, but only two of them have a playground.

Friend: Is there a stationery shop oppisite your school?

You: No, there is not. But I know good stationery shop in the next street.

Friend: Are there any gyms in your area?

You: Umm, yes, there are two gyms. One of them with is far enough, but it has a swimming pool. The other is very small but located close to my house.
