My cat always wakes me up early in the morning and want to play with me. He begins to meow loudly and prevent me from sleeping. Because of this, I can not get enough sleep and  feel very tired.

I think your cat is just very active. But it's not a problem.
Just buy special toys for him and put them in a room where he can play and don't bother you.
