1 - Yes, that is. My house is more nicer than neighbours's. Because I always keep it clean.

2 - In my opinion live alone is more much better. Because no one is making noise,screaming or yelling. And I like the silence

3 - I'd prefer to live in a house. Because the houses are calmer, more comfortable, and they make less noise outside the window
