Equilibrize with H2O the O atoms.

Na2O + H2O… 2 NaOH

P2O5 + 3 H2O … 2H3PO4

Check the hydrogen. If here an inequality would be found,(and no fault occurred), an element changed the status of oxidation and you will have to deal with a redox equation pair. But here, all is fine.
