I haven't seen you at swimming club this week! Are you OK? Have you been busy? We have done some great races this week. I'll tell you about them soon. Has your brother told you about our new swimming instructor yet? She has asked everyone to think about what they eat before races. Some club members have already changed the snacks they eat, and they feel better I have never thought about it so I need to talk to my mum. Well, I haven't had my dinner yet, so I must go.
